it means nothing in this day and age. It hasn't for years. Many of Mizzou's best basketball teams were loaded with out of state players.

Many of our star football players in recent years were out of state - Daniel, Alexander, Josey, Weatherspoon, Brantley, Mitch Morse, etc.
