1. Lack of scoring. Puryear leader at 12 ppg
2. Lack of size inside--impacts rebounding/defending/scoring. We will get overpowered at times especially on the road
3. Lack of experience. No one stays long enough to provide it
4. lack of defensive intensity. This is one thing that can be coached IMO but isn't
5. No particular strength anywhere--rebounding, shooting, 3 pt shooting, quickness
6. Coaching---two years of not much. IMO teams reflect their coaches. Ours is low energy and so is the team
