Mack Rhoades, also big-time. A true professional right?
Perhaps what we need is not a cog that has shown they can fit in a certain space in the machine, but someone who is loyal, loves Mizzou, knows the fanbase, knows the University, and can synthesize an intelligent, persuasive case in favor of the university in any number of situations.
In other words knowledge, ability & drive. I'd rather see someone start there and fill in the rest with OJT than hire god's gift to AD-dom who then collapses in the Mizzou environment...
