Odom has put together a helluva' staff, which GP's biggest flaw, IMO. Moving Hill to QB coach, bad move. Promoting a TE coach to OC, bad move. Bringing in a mediocre OL coach that was probably on the way out at ILL, bad move. Loyalty can be a mother in this business.

Besides, the best HCs seem to be the ones defense-minded. Let the OC run the O and you focus on stopping the opponent.
