reform and balancing the budget? The Democrats said the streets would overflow with the homeless, kids would starve, and old people thrown out of their homes. They predicted all this gloom and doom. If people want to give credit to Clinton for signing it fine. I just find Democrats who now take credit for it were probably the same ones that said how disastrous it would be.
