power to prevent Texas from being a part of the SEC.
I could see OU/OSU being the 15th and 16th members. Doesn't really help the network or bring value to the other conference members, but I think the SEC already won that war a long time ago and could afford to bring in members for different criteria. There really isn't any remaining members beyond that who would have any value to a major conference to consider.
