No way a new AD doesn't make a move in that scenario IMO.

Every AD wants to put a stamp on his/her program.
You don't do that by retaining a mediocre coach when you'd be entirely justified in making a move.
We have the resources to bring in a quality coach. I see no realistic scenario where the new AD doesn't want to do that.
Even better for us would be if KA decides to retire. He most likely won't, but if we could spin it as Kim getting things pointed in the right direction and then retiring after living a dream, that would be a feel-good story for most but the FIJIs of the world and make the transition even easier.
