This current team with a coach who can recruit at a SEC-level could be a tourney team in 2019. If the new coach could keep the core nucleus of good players and push some of the others who aren't SEC-caliber out the door, we could have a nice mix of experienced upperclassmen and young talent.

Unfortunately knowing how Mizzou seems to do things our AD would see 16 wins and think it's progress and keep Kim on. But I agree that 15-17 wins would be a good win total to attract a potential coach and make him feel that he doesn't have a complete total rebuild on his hands.
