they are correct.
NO, there are elements in the organism that exploit that message, the the base message is correct.
Just as there bad cops, there are bad BLM menmbers.
Look past the rhetoric and find the real message.
BLM as an orginaization is NOT calling for the end to the police, just justice for their members.
