administrative and will receive a full vote of the Justices after both sides file briefs. However, it is good news for the Trump Admin.
In the other the SC voted 6 - 3 to stay a southern Cali district court judge's injunction against the Trump Admin. The SoCal judge had ruled ICE could not consider a number of factors in determining where to conduct enforcement activities. This stay was issued, because the Trump Admin is likely to succeed in it's appeal of the district court judge's order.
