For starters.

For SecDef——extensive experience with developing and implementing foreign policy and/or military policy, experience commanding or leading large, complex organizations (preferably but not necessarily military), and extensive experience at managing large complex budgets, and a proven record of honesty and integrity. Hegseth’s meets none of those.
