like. Sometimes the team was reduced to a terrible shot. Its the guys that only shoot them when you need them and hit those when you have to take them that put you on the next level. Problem is the guy that is willing to take those bad shots usually takes them once in a while when they are not needed.

Its not really the 3 point shooting I have a problem with crews anyway. Its the defensive deficiencies he has in Gates system. He is at best a player that plays on his man. He doesn't and can't jump in lanes and cause problems, deflections and steals like grill could do.
