In the federal court system there are approximately 64,000 felony convictions per year.

Biden averaged 20 pardons per year in his 4 years in office (0.03%) Trump averaged 36/year in his 4 years in office (0.05%) Obama averaged 27/year in his 8 years in office (0.04%)
