If the restaurants are "slammed" then they certainly have problems. There is no doubt menu costs are going up, yet their revenue is flat, which means they are serving fewer meals.

I would say, in a way of agreeance, if the company wants to go after a younger crowd, they need to totally change their concept, or just start a new store, not go the way they are doing it.
