If congress passes a law prohibiting it under certain circumstances like inciting to riot, demonstrating in a public place without a permit or demonstrating where fire hazards exist, i think i would support it.
That is to say i would support the ban once the law is passed. Not sure i agree with the principle.
Perjury is against the law.
Inciting by speech is against the law.
libel and slander are against the law.
Congress seems to have the ability to carve out exceptions.
I am ok with that. Trump can't do it with and executive order, imo. It has to be done legislatively.
