Fossils Prove Illinois Used To Be Tropical

The issues really are whether or not man's activities have affected climate change, and by how much.
If man's activities have changed the climate, by how much?
Will the climate continue to change
because of man's activities?
If they have changed the climate and will continue to change it, what are the benefits vs the adverse effects?
If the net effects are adverse what can and should be done about it? How much would that cost? Would the money spent and whatever other costs might be involved in changing man's activities be better spent on other things?
