I’m not sure it would be possible to assemble a more clownish and uncredible cabinet, it’s like that was the sole purpose of their selection. I get that nobody of any competence is going to associate with Trump at this point but this is just an embarrassing disaster.

Things can function embarrassingly badly as long as everything goes perfectly give the situation they inherited. But the first challenge or disaster they experience is going to cause an unmitigated disaster. I used to think nobody anywhere could possibly handle anything worse than Trump handled COVID. Pretty sure we will have like 7 worse examples before this is over
