He was never going to name a starter until it becomes obvious after the ku game who it is going to be. I have no doubt both he and the team have known for a couple weeks who it is. We just don't get to find out until the ku game.
Anybody who was thinking differently wasn't thinking. We will all judge the decision based on how Drink's pick plays on the field. Horn is a very known quantity at this point what he can do. Pribula has enough on film and over 7 months of being on campus to know what he is. There's nothing unknown about either of them, to the coaches at least. No reason they don't already know for sure who it is.
All I'll say is it's time for Drink to put better QB play out on the field on Saturdays (and Thursdays).
