It's manipulative. People are robbed of representation and still are required to pay taxation. Wasn't this one reason why we went to war against England?
Boone County is split three ways. One of the dividing lines goes directly down Broadway. Part of Boone County extends to Saint Charles on the gerrymandering map. This is wrong.
I think it should be stated in legalize that whatever percentage voted for a party in the presidential, should have that percentage in Congress. When that doesn't happen, there's something wrong.
