Wisconsin is 50-50 state pretty much yet GOP gets 75% of the US House seats somehow. Also, a really bad gerrymandering was struck.down there by the Wisconsin Supreme Court and replaced with a gerrymandering only slightly less bad.

NC GOP gets 10 of 14 US House Seats despite basically being a purple state these days.
