is exactly why this whole Obama mess is an issue.
The intelligence was knowingly misrepresented to the American public to undermine a presidential campaign, and a sitting president. They were fully aware the intelligence was "low confidence", and it spun out of control from there.
This was entirely on the Obama administration, and the fact democrats still consider that intelligence sourced out as "real"... in reality it is low-confidence, meaning it's more likely false, than true. Often low-confidence intel is discarded as trash, because that's what it is. It was however, presented to the general public as real intel, not only initially, but for months/years. Often included people like Brennan touting the intel on MSM.
Dangerous. But the dem brainwashing damange has been done.
