The Wall Street Journal published part 2 of their series on this (part 1 got them a lawsuit from Trump). Whitney said they're mostly recycled names that have been widely known since at least 2019. She notes that there is no transparency from the Wall Street Journal as to where they got there documents or who gave them to them or why they're releasing them now.
She speculates that it may be to provide a bit of a distraction for 4 billionaires who were recently indicted

Former head of Disney & top talent agent in Hollywood: Michael Orvitz
Hyatt Hotels: Thomas Pritzker, whose family has long standing ties to intelligence agencies & organized crime
New York Daily News etc.: Mort Zuckerman
