When the story broke public backlash should have been enough for CBS to fire everyone who had a part in that interview airing.

$16M,or the $32M reported here, is nothing to CBS & Paramount and the people responsible are fine because the newsroom at CBS, and all the other legacy media outlets, cares more about the agenda than journalistic ethics (which has become an oxymoron over the last decade).
