in Minneapolis, and growing. And this is assuming the ones who are not citizens are not voting. That is over 10% of the estimated registered voters in the city. On top of this, supposedly they are very active at the polls.
You can do the math. Minneapolis has historically been a pretty neutral state politically, so a block of 40K people in the state's biggest city is going to have a MASSIVE influence. One of their own is already in office there and another is about to be mayor. They will own the city in the matter of a few years.
In a few generations, a once vibrant and great American city is going to be Mogadishu part 2. Think this can't happen in St. Louis, Kansas City, and other US cities? Keep your head in the clouds and it will be on your doorstep faster than you can imagine.
You eventually become what you import, especially when you give voting rights to what you import and hand the government to them.
