he has a confusing speech pattern and has an obnoxious NY accent. He uses a lot of words to say very little of substance. However, he is readily available to media and he holds many meetings with staff and his cabinet officers. In four years biden only held a couple of news conferences and the questions were scripted. Additionally, biden rarely attended cabinet meetings and never led those he did attend.
