like electricity, which costs way more.

Of course a NOAA radio is a one time purchase.

Forcing everyone to pay for some radical liberal programming that might have some important warning to send out every year or two to a small audience is immoral... but that is quite typical for liberals to advocate for immoral things... paid for by forcing everyone else, even those vehemently opposed to it, to do so.
