not face exactly 8 felony charges when nobody on the board said otherwise. The "argument" was never about the number of felony charges that would stick.
I'm sure the NFL will look lightly on a guy that was racing a car at 120mph and caused a 6 car crash with injuries and guilty of 2 felonies and includes an already settled lawsuit of over $1 million and two other open civil suits claiming about $11 million in damages.
