but when I hear about the minutes and all, they seem to basically make their decision before voting anyways, and I think the minutes are highly revised, which would be led by the Chair. But, unlike the Supreme Court, it certainly looks like the Chair carries the sway and most go with him/her. But most votes are pretty much near unanimous anyways. Has a key vote by the Fed ever gone against the Chair?
