Correct - one mandatory All-Star and 4 games better than a team with "more elite high-level talent" and 4 all-stars in the worst division in baseball.

Is it the manager? coaches? clubhouse? What's the issue?

I had the Cardinals as a 70 win roster this year, I'm not sad at all today.
