For decades dems relied on the media to run cover, promote their progressive agenda , and essentially be their propaganda wing. Easily worth at least 10 points in elections.

for the most part, no one now trusts NPR, CBS, NBC, MSNBC, or CNN for fair accurate reporting, other than the easily led, gullible tools like Ras, Fiji, etc..

Those sources are stuck preaching to the hardcore progressive dem voters.

This means dems aren't reaching independent voters, or new voters, just maintaining their rabid batshyte crazy base.

Couple that with the party completely lacking competent leadership, they are stuck in a big dank hole they built.
