Of the alphabet agencies in DC. There is a reason for the legislative branch and it is not to count coup on the opposition.
If this policy has merit then someone needs to introduce a bill and hash it out on the floor.
The SC has made a number of landmark decisions of late. Neutering the DC bureaucracy's ability to create law by fiat may be the most meaningful.
