That is better determined by the experts, but I think he is hard to evaluate for us that don't see players much. He has the arm, but he also has an injury history.

Pitching baseball is extremely hard on the arm from should/neck area all the way down. Throwing a football is much different than throwing that small round hard baseball.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
