In this day and age of pro college players, seems to me you need about the same number, that can actually play and win. And then a whole lot of practice and development guys that may stay or go.
I would assume any HS guys you take can play early (maybe wrs, rbs, secondary, kicker, punter) or are low cost development projects (lineman, TE, linebackers). QB may be the only position I overpay for out of HS. Those guys are more rare and worth paying for potential over production along with speed position guys that can play immediately.
