actually it is all about control. You have no idea it runs from the bottom up not the top down. I have experienced it and I do understand the social liberal element there, but it is not the problem. It isn't the teachers union by a long shot although I have observed some interesting power struggles there. There is pettiness at all levels.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
