outs are good and won't change then I'm going to suggest if he doesn't want more weight then change the diet. You have to change variables.

Me personally, I don't care what he does. If he wants to put on 15 pounds every year then go ahead. I don't give a shyt if he retires this year and stops working out and eats 10k fries a day. I don't care if he is fat albert. He has done more than enough for KC and in my life time I've seen enough Chiefs success that I am completely satisfied.
