But I wasn't an insider, finishing up school, got to work for AD dept a few hours here and there on events and such, really just easy work and resume building. All kinds of gossip and shop talk, amongst the plebs. But not connected in any real way, to admin. That said, Joe C was the real deal, something about him, made you feel good about the school. I wonder in hindsight, if Larry Smith would have really got it going had he stayed, but then I remembered how underfunded we were compared to the rest of the Big 12.
