Optimism has nothing to do with it. I am "fairly certain" that the new coaches will be an improvement. I've heard good things about both of them esp. Epstein. Will they be great? Idk and not saying that but the bar is set pretty low as far as how good they have to be to be an improvement over their predecessors.
