who apparently has jurisdiction over a case in Massachusetts with the power to overrule the Supreme Court has ruled they cannot be moved until it is determined that it is not cruel and unusual.

One of two options here. Either completely ignore him and move on, the SC already ruled. Or, and I'm leaning towards this one, drop them off at his house until the case is decided. Post a couple of marshals outside so no one can leave until the decision is made.
