Her phone is tied to her Google account which has everything stored, just like an Apple account. I know this because I have an iPad. What I can't find or don't believe happens is, for instance, her VenMo app. will be on her new phone, just like magic, but she'll need to login to it. That's what I'd like to avoid, since she MAY NOT know her passwords.
