CBO estimates do this every time a tax break comes up and every time their estimates are ridiculously wrong.
Even the medicare 'cuts' will spur growth. When healthy people are forced to work a minimum of 20 hrs per week they will be growing the economy.
Will the BBB be a net positive for tax revenue? Doubtful the way it was neutered.
