and to the Supreme Court was driven by DEI policies. She lacks judicial temperament. She talks too much, spends more time pontificating her views than asking questions of the litigants. Many court observers say she is ill suited to serve above the Dist. Ct. level. Its clear that her fellow Justices hold her in low esteem.
