require a finite space. There are park and rides all over the city. The zoo and Starlight have been using grass parking for years, they could do so for the WC as well.

My point was that this is a KC wishlist project, not something necessary for the WC. There was no reason for MO to fund this.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
