your misunderstandings don't make it unconstitutional. You are aware? Also, in Govt. 101, the Supreme Court doesn't technically legislate anything. This Supreme Corrupt you refer to in your "make believe world" meant to soften the blow to JG's nutbar sensitivities is just a coping mechanism.
