economic growth into the model (or any other Bull Caca number) despite the fact that similar policies have never come close to generating that type of growth (or growth at all). If dynamic scoring uses a proper set of predictions about economic feedback due to the policy change, it would be probably be more accurate than static scoring. However, usually, whoever wants the dynamic scoring done usually predicts a much rosier future due to the policy change. Almost always it's the GOP demanding dynamic scoring for their perennial wish for tax cuts for the rich, which has never has come close to producing any type of real economic growth.
Static scoring is far more consistent.
