This is a passing league. Yes, with the defense, you do not need to run up the points as much, but you have to have an OC with a passing in his DNA. Also one that can develop QBs, which I think Kingsbury can do, because at some point, the Steelers need to go there.

heck, if he can come in and make their offense above average, they go further, and Tomlin may call it quits and he can get his next HC gig there.
