Yes. All people that have not entered the country thru the well-established legal process should be deported. You don't need a trial to determine that. It is done every day at every border crossing around the world. If you don't have the proper visa to enter, you are denied entry. Period.

Just because some people snuck into the country doesn't mean they are owed any additional due process than they would have received at a border crossing had they tried to enter properly. It is a ridiculous and indefensible position.
