Br brother is an attorney. Lots of more work for him. Just saying it will cut both ways. Also doesn't affect final decisions, just what occurs between the initial ruling and a final higher court decision. I'm not a constitutional attorney, and have no idea if the decision is right or wrong. Too many people get hung up on what they want the decision to be, and not whether it is correct according to the law (again, on that I have no idea).
