Here is a summary of some of KC's offensive stats this year:

Dead last in walks, HR, and runs per game in the AL, all by a fairly comfortable margin.

Below the league average and near the bottom in slugging, OPS, OBP, and total bases.

Their pinch hitters are 6/45 with 1 RBI.

The only thing they are good at is not striking out or grounding into double plays.
