What are the chances Garcia will wave his Withholding Order he sought from the Immigration Court Judge and agree to go home to El Salvador? The Maryland Dist. Ct. Judge has been outmaneuvered by Trump's DOJ. She is in a bind and has run out of options trying to keep him in the U.S.
