I read an article last night on how Scalia's dissent is gaining in popularity in legal/political circles. It's a good read for anyone and his lack of restraint on Kennedy's ridiculous logic is Scalia at his acerbic best.
I think that ruling will get overturned, as it is an abonimination of constitutional law. Kennedy clearly just wanted some kind of legacy before he stepped down, so he violated his own stated principles and invented a non-existant right. And look what it hath wrought.
